Select Sealants is a specialist mastic and sealant contractor focused on large-scale retail and commercial projects across the UK. Based in Essex, we work nationwide for supermarket chains, main contractors, developers, and facilities management providers who demand consistency, reliability, and strict adherence to programme.


Our business is built on repeat work and long-term relationships. We understand principal contractor expectations on quality, paperwork, and presentation, and we staff and resource our projects accordingly. Whether it’s a single flagship store or a 50-site national rollout, our approach is always the same: get it right, first time, every time.

We’ve completed hundreds of projects for major UK supermarkets, retail parks, and commercial developments, and we have the capacity to support both single-site works and large-scale national programmes. Our teams are experienced across all aspects of internal and external sealant application, and we’re familiar with the product specifications, installation standards, and compliance requirements expected by leading retailers and principal contractors.


We hold framework agreements with several national contractors and are regularly invited to tender for repeat and rollout works based on our track record of delivery.

  • Employers liability insurance £10,000.000

  • Public/Products liability insurance £5,000.000

  • Compliance with CDM 2015 regulations

  • Site-specific RAMS and induction completion

  • Product data sheets and application records provided

  • Regular training on health & safety,  asbestos awareness, manual handling, and product use.
